Complete Company Spring Cleaning Checklist

It’s spring at companies all across Wisconsin and that means checking off tasks on your business spring cleaning list (or hiring the pros to do so during your off hours).

Parking lot & building

___ Clean up trash and branches around building.

___ Power wash sidewalks and driveway.

___ Reseal driveway.

___ Prune trees and vegetation.

___ Power wash building exterior (if needed).

___ Wash windows.

___ Refresh flower beds & plant new vegetation.

___ Initiate lawn maintenance around your facility (i.e. rolling, reseeding, etc.).

___Bring in pest control to spray and exterminate any infestations.

___  Schedule HVAC maintenance and have ducts cleaned.

Reception area

___ Have your rugs washed to get rid of the ice and snow from winter.

___ Dust common areas.

___ Clean cobwebs.

___ Mop floors.

Office areas

___ Dust all window blinds and treatments.

___ Dust all counters, shelving, and community surfaces.

___ Vacuum around copiers and common office equipment.

Hallways/Common areas

___ Schedule a deep floor cleaning for your entire facility including the office, warehouse, production floor, etc.

Kitchen

___ Scrub sink.

___ Clean garbage disposal.

___ Clean out refrigerator (let everyone know when so they can remove their items from the fridge!).

___ Mop the floor.

___ Have rugs deep cleaned.

___ Remove cobwebs & dust tops of cabinets.

___ Wash windows.

___ Clean the stove and oven.

___ Make any repairs (tables, cabinets, chairs, etc.) to kitchen furniture and items.

Restroom

___ Deep clean grout and tile.

___ Remove cobwebs.

___ Wipe down top of stalls and counters.

___ Repair leaks.
